The Right way to eat Curd

Ninety-nine percent of people eat curd in the wrong way. Homemade fresh curd contains many beneficial bacteria, such as lactobacillus, which improve digestion.
Why should you eat curd
Curd is highly nutritious, rich in protein, vitamin B, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and folic acid. That’s why people taking antibiotics are advised to consume curd in order to replenish healthy bacteria.
Individuals who have trouble digesting milk may find it easier to digest fresh curd. It also helps alleviate bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and other stomach disorders.
According to Ayurveda, consuming curd as a drink is beneficial. It is best to set curd in a clay earthen pot rather than a metal container or glass storage.
Why should you avoid consuming store-bought curd or yoghourt?
When you refrigerate curd, the quantity of beneficial bacteria decreases, reducing the benefits compared to freshly prepared homemade curd. Additionally, curd bought from stores is cold and thick, which can be difficult to digest from an Ayurvedic perspective and may contribute to weight gain.
