🟢Amla or Amlaki is One of the most popular ayurvedic ingredients is amla, or amlaki. It serves as both nourishment and medication.
🟢Indian gooseberry is known. It’s also commonly called amla. This little tree has yellow-green flowers that blossom into round, edible fruits of the same colour. The fruits have a pit and a thin peel and are roughly the size of golf balls.
🟢Amla has been known as a “superfruit” all across the world. It should come as no surprise that 100 grams of fresh amla berries have the same amount of vitamin C as 20 oranges.
